Create TinyERP VMware / RedHat app

I need a Vmware standalone applicance created for TinyERP complete with dependencies (postgresql etc installed) [url removed, login to view] to run on VMware Workstation [url removed, login to view] There are a couple of existing TERP VMs [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] but they are both out of date - and appear to require some post install configuration - which is beyond me. OS should be latest patched version of RedHat (or other Linux OS - I'll take your advice) It's important the VM starts up and goes into the RedHat GUI - with the TinyERP (TERP) server already running, and the TERP client able to access the server from the RH desktop. Obvious the VM needs to be accessible from other machines too. Essentially I want to be able to drop the VM onto my workstation - have it fire up - and have it work without any additional configuration. (some localisation is OK IP address etc) Anyone with any linux skill could probably do this in an afternoon (if only I had some Linux skill!!)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Vmware Workstation - running on Vista TERP OS - preferably redhat that loads into the GUI.
