Cost of Tell a Friend to be intergrated with site members data

I have a site where by I would like members to be able to inform there friends, this will include the Friends name and email, but it will obtain the information of the sender from the exsisting member whom is sending it, also there to be a page where this have more than one person to submit to, and under the admin panel I will be able to write in a field box the subject and body of the email thats to be sent. Please advise.
