Convert my html site to php

I have a site of 140 pages 100% html, and I want to transform this site into php, with a database and an admin panel to add all these pages and others later.

I would also add these pages automatically in the new database without add them manually.

For the admin panel i want the basic functions: add new page, edit, delete
