Configure my Asterisk server

Configure my asterisk server dialplan so I can perform 7 different test scenarios using a 4 port Sangoma T1 card.

The server is already set up and it works with the soft phones. I have the T1 card installed and it appears to be working too.

I would like example code to support the following three sets of connection scenarios (7 scenarios in all):

I will pay out separately for each scenario completed since they will probably not all be possible to do right away.

## Deliverables

T1 #1 - connects to proprietary dialogic IVR. I want asterisk to be able to send calls to channels on this T1 and pass a 4 digit DID number. The dialogic IVR may also send calls to the Asterisk server, passing digits. E&M Immediate mode D4 AMI. (scenario 1, SIP phone needs to connect to the dialogic IVR, and the dialogic IVR is expecting a 4 digit DNIS. Scenario 2, Dialogic IVR takes a call on a local t1 and needs to route the call to a SIP phone registered on the Asterisk server)

T1 #2 - connects to a PBX. Asterisk will appear to be a CO trunk that goes offhook and passes 4 digit DIDs to the PBX. The PBX may also take channels off hook and pass digits to Asterisk. (Scenario 3, The PBX is programmed to use this T1 when any call begins with the number 8. The PBX takes one of these channels off hook and passes all of the digits dialed after the initial 8. Scenario 4, A SIP phone dials 71234. Asterisk takes the next available channel off hook and passes 1234 which the PBX sees as a DID and handles accordingly. Also E&M Immediate D4 AMI.)

T1 #3 and #4 - LD DMS PRI's. (Scenario 5, SIP phone dials 1+area+number and Asterisk routes this call out thru the next available channel. Scenario 6, Scenario 3 occurrs, and the digits following 8 (asterisk does not see the 8) are 1+area+number and Asterisk routes this call out thru the next available channel. Scenario 7, A call rings in on one of these PRI's. Play a message or sound (it does not matter what, this is just for educational purposes) and waits for 5 digits. If the first digit is 1, then Asterisk sends the call to the first T1, passing the remaining four digits as soon as the IVR picks up (E&M Imm., signal is just AHBH, no wink). If the first digit is 2, then the same thing happens except on the second T1 (the PBX).)
