Configuration and Optimization of Spamassassin

Hi, I need to optimize spamassassin on my server (CentOS Linux 3.6) and need a step by step help to do this. Best by MSN. Spamassassin is installed, but I am not sure about the newest version. It is running without selflerning and only in a generall configuration. I have a small experience with Linux and not enough time to study all the informations about spamassassin. target is to prevent the server from 80 - 90 % of spam. There is a special difficulty: I got faxes from my users by email: most with empty body, only with attachment and receiving email is like 12345678901 as user in an email-address, so I cannot exclude email-addresses.
