CSV Loader - Open Realty - MySql

If you are nor familiar with Open Realty do not bid on this project OR, visit [login to view URL] and take some time to look at the system. I need a csv loader that will load several listings onto OR. As you can see by looking at OR, all listings must go under a class, and a listing agent. The loader must do this also. You can also see that there are several fields for each listing on OR. The loader must have an interface (see attached image) that will allow the data in the csv file to be placed in the correct field in OR. It is my suggestion that you download OR, build the loader, and then test it with a csv file you create. The csv test file should obviously have AT LEAST THE FIELDS REQUIRED TO CREATE A LISTING ON OR. The loader must automatically detect the the listing fields in OR. Remember/Note!! Listing fields in OR can be changed, added or deleted. This is a standard and very basic feature of OR. Therefore the uploader must recognize the current fields. Once the coder has built and tested the uploader, you will send it to me and I will test it. It must work on a standard open realty site. I will test the uploader on another OR site. Once that test is complete I will complete payment. ADDED: Remember to address the 'active'/'inactive' status of listings. The loader needs to have an option for this, or make them active by default. Also, all uploaded listings must NOT be featured listings. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux
