We operate an Asterisk PABX.
We have an Asterisk script that **_already_** does the following:
1) Puts incoming callers into a call Queue which then rings 5 IP phones in a Round Robin format.
2) After a timeout period (IP phones are not answered) the caller is forwarded to a PSTN number.
We want to add another part to this script as follows:
**_Before_** callers are put into the call queue your new script will check to see if any of the IP phones are on-line. If none of the IP phones are online then the Queueing is completly skipped and callers are immedately forwded to the PSTN number.
So your code just checks the online status of the 5 IP phones and skips our Queuing code completly if none of teh phones are online.
This is to handle the situation where all IP phones go offline (due to power failure or similar) and so calls will be sent directly to a PSTN number and not sit in the call Queue at all.
**When bidding please outline your Asterisk experince as we operate a Hosted Asterisk PABX and wil need many similar jobs done.**
