Anti-spam website

Hi there

We are looking for someone to develop an anti-spam system that is very similar to the [login to view URL] system. I would like anyone who is going to bid on this project to make themselves familiar with it before bidding so that you know what you need to create. Basically it is a challenge-response system where an email is sent to anyone who sent an email to ask them to verify that they are human. Most spammers send out via fake addresses.

We need the following:

1) a front-end system for people to sign up and set up their profile and to be able to log in and change it at any time, look at mails in the queue etc

2) An Outlook/Outlook Express plug-in to manage everything

3) The ability for people to have a personalised message that is sent out rather than a standard one

4) the back-end systems in place to be able to handle everything

That's it. Ideally we are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have done something similar before or that they really truly understand the systems required

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
