Customization of the Billing & Invoices Extensions in Joomla

I would like to customize the Billing & Invoices Extensions (nbill) in my site.

I need to do following:

1. Upgrade nBill to new version v2.4.0. Just re-install, OR download the manual upgrade patch and upload the files by FTP.

2. Modify the orders form; you will be given the needed form.

3. Change the language for all messages send form the (nBill) to customer from English to Arabic. nBill support may provide you with the languages file or you will be given translated messages from my side.

4. We will do few fake transitions together to make sure that Billing & Invoices Extensions (nbill) is working fine.
