Custom Joomla Plugin for photo/video insertion

Create a Joomla plugin compatible with Joomla 1.7 This needs to be an installable plugin (no changes to joomla core files please) The plugin needs to do the following: • Inserts a Link on the "New/Create" Article page that says: Insert Photo and Insert Video (above the editor box) • When Insert Photo is clicked, it pops open a browser window to browse the users computer • the user then selects the photo they'd like to use, and click "Insert" • When insert is clicked, it compresses the file to no larger than 1000 pixels wide at 72dpi before uploading • this does not place it in the editor box/window. just shows a thumbnail next to the "Insert Photo" link that they've uploaded that photo. and has the option to remove that photo or add another. • when user saves the article, the image they chose is automatically inserted in the article. • the photo should be a thumbnail, clickable to expand in a lightbox/rokbox window • the thumbnail style should be "float/right" in the article • thumbnails to be stored in a thumbnail folder or cache folder • The Insert Video links are for easy embedding of youtube/vimeo videos, also place as floating right in article. This plugin is to eliminate the trouble of trying to insert photos and videos into joomla blogs. File is attached for viewing mockup.
