Arabic Joomla CMS required

Hello Bidders, We need an Arabic Joomla programmer for a static Arabic website. The English version of the Joomla CMS is ready for the website and we need to include an Arabic section in the current CMS. Please note that the HTML version of Arabic website is ready and the templates need to be created for the Arabic Joomla CMS. Native Arabic speaking with past proven skills will have advantage. Deliverables will include: - Template Creation [1024x768] - Joomla CMS [Arabic] with tabbed menu Experts who has done similar projects in past will have an advantage. Thanks, Sam
