client proofing area

This project is to design/impliment a client proofing area to facilitate "soft " proofing of designs on my website. Look at [login to view URL] for an idea of what I am going for. It should fuction similar to the link above for front end. when a client logs in It shows a list of jobs for their review which they click on and it takes them to the review page for each job. They fill out the form and it is emailed to me to make corrections and/or approve job to go to print. Each job should have a front and a back view as I do mostly post cards and business cards 1-2 sided printing. I have a template for the design of the form approaval page at: [login to view URL] It should have an admin area for me to - manage clients where I asign them a User name & Password User= email Password = I asign - Create and Delete new jobs and upload associated files for new job (browse button type of thing 2 files per job- front & back)and give permisions to what client may view - keep a list of email for mailing - they review jobs and fill in the form which is submitted to me via email Must put a log-in on my home page for clients to log-in. MUST FIT the look. I am looknig for a quick turn around and easy yet well fuctioning implimentation so Please no one that is not qualified or too busy to get it done without much wait. This should be pretty easy for the right mind. Also It has to fit the look of my site.
