add functions to purchase-script

Hi, I have a fine working [login to view URL] script which works with the swreg.org-service. I have one small problem with it: a) some users report that after pressing the purchase-button there appears a blank page (no order processed). This seems to be some browser-compatibility problem maybe. Maybe JavaScript-problem..? This must be checked and corrected. also I need some small additions to the script: b)swreg offers new variables which helps when you want to offer to the user a success-page which already shows the download-URL & serial etc. which is also send to the e-mail-address of the buyer. c)new country-field. [login to view URL] seems to have changed some field (country-field) and this should be updated. d)more infos for the user: now the order-process is not very transparent for the buyer. After pressing the purchase-button there appears the success-message when the order was processed, but nothing else. There should be checked if swreg offers also other variables which allow more transparency here and can show the exact status of the order process. Also error-messaging should be better. When there is an error now there is no clear error-message which tells the user what was the problem and what he can do. I need a professional PHP (maybe JavaScript too) cocer for this work.
