I want somebody to create a web app for me. If you have not created a web app before, please do not bid. The web app will be a question / answers app with users being able to submit questions as well as answers. Unlike something like Yahoo! Answers, each question will not have a separate web page. Rather, all questions will be on the same page and each question will be in like its own frame. There will be a lot of interactivity so I do need Ajax and Javascript expertise. I am not focused on the look and feel of the app right now, I am more geared towards getting the back-end done. I will give you more details through PM.
