Display Dynamic data from mongoDB

Require a GUI web interface that will display the following, on same page, in separate, adjustable size, with scroll bar (though default is same size), iFrames or similar (refer to [url removed, login to view] for required layout/look:
- iFrame 1 or similar: streaming text from a mongoDB called riverData and collection called ca. Six fields need to be displayed, for each displayed record, in column fashion, 'created_at', 'title', 'description', 'body', 'rivers' and 'rate'
- iFrame 2 or similar: streaming text from a mongoDB called riverData and collection called cb. Four fields need to be displayed, for each displayed record, in column fashion, 'created_at', 'body', 'rivers' and 'rate'
- iFrame 3 or similar: streaming text from a mongoDB called riverData and collection called cc. Four fields need to be displayed, for each displayed record, in column fashion, 'created_at', 'body', 'rivers' and 'rate'
'created_at' needs to be displayed as "mm-dd-yyyy hh:mm:ss"
Display a maximum 50 most recent records from each collection in the iFrame (or similar), showing the most recent (determined by created_at) record in each mongoDB first. Allow the user to scroll up/down through the history.
Below the above iFrames, there will be 3 speed dials, with small header above illustrating from which collection, which will pull data from the same mongoDB called riverData, but for each individual collection above, the program will fetch the CURRENT dates average 'rate' for the entire respective collection and display on each respective speed dial. Also, an adjustable bar that will allow the user to take the average of an arbitrary date range worth of 'rate' for each respective collection is required. Please round the rate to 1 decimal place, i.e. 2.1, Please provide code comments where this logic resides.
Back and Front End (Graphical User Interface)
We follow the Drywall framework ([url removed, login to view]). This includes many popular javascript libraries including:
- [url removed, login to view] – dexitexit-
- ata communication
- Async – simple parallelization
- Moment – date standardization
- Mongojs – database library for mongodb
- Express – http daemon framework
- Jade – template library for express
- Underscore – versatile tool for manipulating structures
- Passport – Oauth2 authentication made simple, plugins available for express
- Among other various node libraries found on github and npm
Our architecture relies on [url removed, login to view] for communicating between client and server in an event-driven pattern. Currently, we are looking for both front end and back end developers. Using the drywall framework, we are able to compile LESS into CSS, minify our CSS and Javascript using YUI compressor.
We are looking for solutions to the front/back end. Possible ideas include angular.js or [url removed, login to view] implementations. If you are interested in developing in javascript, this is a strong plus, otherwise, a strong knowledge in your technology is required, with the ability to work with large datasets moving from the server to client side securely.
Require full code that can be quickly validated.
