Design portal (2 pages+Logo) & Cutting to Xhtml /Css,Compliance to w3c standards and SEO.

We are looking for very expert web designer to design portal website (Like yahoo style) and cutting the PSD files to Xhtml/CSS and Compliance to w3c standards and SEO (1 homepage page , 2 content pages + simple LOGO). The style will Using <div>'s with high level css & <ul>'s <li>'s for the menues. We need programmer who know what they are doing and are able to work fast and effectively. What we expect from you: Slice and code the design into a fully functioning website which meets the current industry standards (Xhtml/CSS). I.E. we would require you using DIV's & CSS for styles, Also experince withen ajax tabs and javascript (there are javascript & ajax tasks that should be develop by you). We expect ethics and professionalism while paying you the same respect.
