Design and Develop a website hosted on WordPress

A few associates and I are looking to create a type of blog/news site. Although combined we have some knowledge of web design and/or construction, none of us have the time to build the site. What we need is an individual who has the ability to create a workable custom template that will be easy for all our contributors to use and update. The individual MUST be proficient in WordPress, as well as able to create a user-friendly site that we will be able to update content on easily. If things work out well, we will be happy to "partner" with you and use you on future projects. As this is to be version 1.0 of the website, our needs are fairly basic, and our budget is small, however we expect growth and would love to form a professional relationship with someone we can trust, and who has the skills to allow us to expand. I will work exclusively with whomever is selected to customize design elements. You will not be required to design any type of logo.
