Customize a Car Classifieds Website Script

PROJECT: - Change the look of the basic oxiclassifieds script. I have some designs for the new look you just have to implement it in the script. I need a hardly customized website, so i need professional skills. (there were 2 freelancers from india allready could not complete my requirements) Im really stick with the details so if i said i need 100% same i really mean it. The Design changes will include: -Main pages -Search Form -Text, Menu, Links, Buttons - Some new functions (you need good coding knowledge) Some new features: -Display results real time in search form. -Featured ads tab with rolling ads, highly customized -Highly customized search pannel.
