Customise OS commerce and install a PSD Template

I am looking for a coder to cut and install a pds template that i will supply. We have installed a version of os commerce on my server. But the oscommerce would need to be configured. We requirethe coder to cut the psd and install it to all aspects of oscommerce. I would require only coders that have expierence with os commerce to bid for this. I will only tae coders with a feed back of 10 or more, and will be looking for high feed back ratings. I would also require you to send me some links to previous os commerce sites you have worked on. VERY IMPORTANT : I will require the coder who wins this work to install my meter software to there desktop. This software would monitor the time you have spent on the project and send me a screen shot of the work every 10 mins. This is a must. If you not willing to install the software please do not bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
