Custom taxonomy widget

For a Drupal website i need a custom widget for the field-type: taxonomy_term_reference.

You can find a detailed illustrative explanation in the PDF file.

The widget exists of 3 components: 1 dropdown (select) and 2 checkboxlists.

The dropdown the widget shows only the terms: Term 1, Term 2, Term 3. Child terms may not be loaded.

When a term is selected in the dropdownlist, the term his childeren( child (subterms) and subchilds (subsubterms)) get ajax loaded in the first checkboxlist.

If a user checks one of these child terms it moves to the third list. The third list contains all selected checkboxes and keeps the taxonomy structure.

A user can for example select Term1. Term 1 his childeren get loaded in the first checkboxlist. The user can now check Term 1 childeren, the checked terms move to the 2nd list. The first list should not contain the already selected terms. When a user selects Term 2, Term 2 his childeren get loaded in the first list. The 2nd list still contains the selections from Term 1, the user can now add childeren from Term 2. If the user swiches back the the Term 1, the first list should not show already selected childeren from Term 1.

If the user selects for example Subterm1, Subterm 1 and his childeren (SubSubterm 1, SubSubterm 2, ...) should be moved to the right list.

If the user selects SubSubterm 1, Subterm 1 and SubSubterm 1 should be moved to the left list.
