Custom HTML/JavaScript inputs for web forms and applications

Hello Coders, **Here is a brief description of the project: **I need couple of custom inputs to be completed for my applications and projects. These inputs should allow me to use them with php and mysql data backend and to be compartible with all main browsers: FF, IE, Safari. **Technically they must allow me to:** - generate this component input by calling single php function (and i suppose by JavaScript/Ajax code inclusion for the page that requires) with params: array of values/captions, default value, etc... The inputs are: - multiple level combobox (tree styled, sigle or multiselect); this input should allow to select category first and subitem as a result; it should be combined with value and caption input with quicksearch, so that person can either choose items from tree/list or type value or caption directly. I will provide screenshots of what i need to the winning coder; - multiple level combobox (multiple columns styled, single or multiple selection); this input should show all options at single page, should show checkboxes if multiselect chosen or just options themself if single option should be selected; generally to can see something like this at [login to view URL] search categoy selection; These components will be used with DB applications so must be done in the way for easy dynamic data load, submit.
