Create a Website Build/Script php java

Im looking for someone to create a site that looks and functions similar to [login to view URL] and other sites. Basically, a video/link sharing site. Id also like a feature added where registered users can add a download link in addition to the submit a link form. Id Also a feature that add a video stream source url thats automatically detected and embedded from various popular video hosting sites that gets sorted and tabbed. you can see a working example of what i mean @ [login to view URL] the backend should be easy to navigate through and make running the site a lot easier. The site should also have some type of efficient caching solution. im looking to get this project done asap and if satisfied, hope to work with you in the future with adding features, etc. I will pay upon seeing a working demo and being completely satisfied with front end/ back end. if possible, ***if possible, id like this to be on a wordpress cms system for familiarity purposes but it doesnt have to be.***
