Crane and Hoist Inspection Website(repost)

I'm looking for someone to build me a company web site and customer accessible data base. Listed below are a few example web sites from competing companies. I'm a much smaller company and intend to stay that way. I would rather focus on great customer service as opposed to rapid growth at this point. With that I would like the web site to be fairly simple and easy to navigate. In regards to the data base. I'm required by OSHA as are my customers to keep a copy of the inspection reports and present them on demand. I need a data base that each of my customers can log into and look at their respective reports. The reports will be in either Word or PDF format. I would also like to have pictures available as well. I think all reports and pictures would need to be available for download or just to print out. I would like the "log in" link to be on the front page of the web site and each customer will need their own personal log in/pass word. Please Provide a sample page layout so I can see your vision of what this site will look like. This can just be a screen shot image. This will help me in picking a winning bidder, more quickly. I would also like to have the ability on the admin side to edit a couple of pages linked to tabs like "Regulations". Just the content of what is displayed on the page. ## Deliverables I would like to have an admin side where I can add users and also be able to select the users account to complete forms online that I have attached or be able to upload pictures and other documents to. I would like to have a login, logout, change password, and forgot password feature for the users. I would like the users to be able to list out the forms and any of the other documents, then be able to print, or download a copy of the forms in pdf format that would open in a new window. I would also like any images that are posted to their account to be viewable in a new window. I would also like to be able to view the site and online forms on a mobile device, it would be nice to be able to fill out the same information on the mobile device also such as a smart phone.
