We are looking for a new upscale web site done with Flash elements, with the text and links controlled by flat files or xml or in Mambo or Joomla and Flash. This project requires and contract and an NDA to be signed. If database driven, we would prefer MySQL and scripting in PHP. Our company has sold real estate for over 15 years to many clients including several celebrities and we are looking for a web site that will capture the essence of our firm. We are looking for mockup proposals for this work to start immediately for the selection of a service provider. If you accepted as a service provider and bid on this project you must do and accept the following: • Show your previous work portfolio, preferable on similar projects • Show limited version with similar functionality in 1-3 days • Divide into separate stages or sections for a full 100% of the bid price • After each stage is completed we will do a 2-3 day review and QA process • Make changes or revisions accordingly, then that portion of the payment will be transferred to escrow. • After completion, transfers the full amount and release escrow. If your bid is higher than the current cap please explain the reasons why. You will be given access to a server for the testing and development. This should be an easy project for someone with the right experience. We will use stock photos that will be purchased and paid by use once the design is completed and approved.
