We are a company in Norway, that creates smart web solutions.
Today we have an large web based invoicing, project and accounting software.
We also have ecommerce solutions in our inventory.
Now, we want to expand our portfolio, we want to build great web publishing sites, created with several modules.
First of all we want to build a system, for an example:
[login to view URL] (is the master franchise)
They will have the master site, designed for the profile they have.
Their member companies, (slave sites) have their unique domain like [login to view URL]
But the [login to view URL] design are copied to the slave site, and a certain global content published by the master goes out to all slave sites.
But the slave site will be able to publis their own articles, andcreate their own menu, and have their own logo at their site.
Here is a typical soloution:
Master site: [login to view URL]
This is a slave site [login to view URL]
We want to have this system built for us, where it all shall be very easy to handle, easy for slave sites to log in to admin and create articles and edit etc.
We might consider using drupal for this? Or wordpress.
Either way, it should be easy scalable, and easy to administrate both ways.
We want to pick a company here that have done simmilar work, and have great feedback/references.
It will be a long term business realtionship with alot of future work.
