Convert Flash/ActionScript components to HTML/Javascript

I have an existing PHP web application. While the majority of the front end is in HTML/JS, a couple components are built with Flash/ActionScript. These are essentially CRUD components that communicate with the PHP back end, not games or animations or videos. I need someone to convert these to HTML/JS. I don't need additional development, just a drop-in conversion. You won't be held to a specific design layout or have to worry about iterating on UI. You can either imitate the current flash interface, or use placeholder images and text to simulate the same functionality -- we'll be continuing the work afterward internally, but don't have a resource familiar with Flash. The application is a daily fantasy sports platform. There are two flash components -- one in which you draft your team based on a salary cap (by yourself, not multiplayer), one which updates scoring for your team. If you are a suitable candidate, I will supply the *.fla files so you can enter a bid for cost/duration. I am willing to exceed the budget listed if the market dictates & for the right candidate.
