Conceptulize, Design, Implement Template System

Hi, I need someone to conceptualize, design and implement (code) a new template system into our affiliate network. We run a affiliate network in which a user signups and we give them a website located similar to username.greatdeals.com. The website includes all of the offers we load into an administration panel. If there affiliate wants to change their website they go to a section of a website and click on another template. Well the template all look the same and don't allow the affiliates to do anything with their websites. We need a template system that is robust but easy enough for novice computer users. We want the user to be able to build landing pages on the fly for the offers we uploaded to the administration panel. They should be able to change the colors of the landing page, the title, logo of the landing page, write text, etc. Again we are looking for the best ideas, so put them in your comments. We are running on a lamp technology via cPanel ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
