Community Building billing Management software.
we need a software that will manage the billing and expenses of a building with about 60 units.
Billing at the moment is done by excel ( entering bills in some colums the by copy paste to different locations we achieve our task) and we need to convert it to web application php with mysql.
Excel file will be attached.

Flats

We have bill categories so we will need account for each category for entering bills so they will be redistributed accordingly to each property depending sqm :
We need one account the we will hold our be able to charge each property according to sqm
1. We need one account that will function as Consolidated Fund, in this account will exist money possessed by committee. From this account will be paid bills that don’t need to charge the owner at that specific time ( there existing money that already collected from the owners at earlier times).
Also we will need to at some point to be able to charge the owners so money will flow back to this account .

b,Category B = apply only on flats
c. Category C = appy on (Flats+office)
d. category D = will apply only to specific property ( this maybe office or flat or shop)
e category E = will be for special project ( like renovation , or elevator replacements etc)
This is the initial thoughts of the requests more detail about the project will follows .
