Hi We are looking for someone with experience in PHP, MYSQL, and cPanel to perform the following functions: 1. clone over entire system to include content, reporting system, and approval upload system. Cloning for us does not mean coding. It is our system, and we just want to operate the same system under a new domain name. 2. program order form located at [url removed, login to view] to create accounts and hook it up to an API to be provided. Pretty much we want to send customer data to a third party CRM via api provided. 3. multiple domain names - currently our system puts all users on one domain name [url removed, login to view] when they order. We want to be able to randomly put users on many domain names. 4. Work with API call to suspend/unsuspend websites based on succesful and decline responses 5. work with API to send updated billing information to CRM clone meaning to move it over and to ensure everything is working as it was on the old system. You are also going to need to remove old code, non needed sections that will not be used on the new domain name.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
