Charity Website Design and Implementation

I am building a website for a charity foundation that provides scholarships to students. The website should use Joomla or Wordpress. (PHP, HTML, MySQL, Javascript a must. Beautiful web design is a must. AJAX is a plus.) I have a B.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University so I can recognize quality coding. I also have an eye for great design. If you want to see some designs I like check out: [login to view URL] Here is a breakdown of what needs to be done: a) Set up website (install either Joomla 1.6.1 or 1.5.22) b) Templating / design that reflects the charity we want to portray c) Home page with some powerful quotes, a spotlight for a video, running totals for students that have been helped, and a link to another effort d) About page that has a description of the need for the charity d) Page with breakdown showing where all the money has gone e) Blog to post relevant postings (should be easily hidden since we won't need it at launch) f) Page about another important effort and how this scholarship supports the other effort g) Page to collect donations. Should have options to securely collect credit card information, bank account information, or pay with Paypal. h) Contact Page with email form, address, phone, etc
