CS-Cart Delivery Options Add-In

We require a CS-Cart Add-On for extra Delivery Options, [login to view URL] We need to give the customer an option to use a standard CS-cart delivery method OR use an "In-Store Pickup" option. The "In-Store Pickup" option would allow the customer to choose from a drop down list of physical (bricks & mortar) retail stores where they want the item sent for collection by them. Once they choose a retail store to have the purchase sent to the selection needs to be saved in the cs-cart database tagged to the normal cs-cart order details. An admin function is needed to maintain the list of retail store names, addresses, phone numbers etc . Each store will also have an email address attached to it. When the order is processed as complete on the cs-cart back end an email will be sent to the relevant store containing some basic details of the order, so an email template also needs to be created. An example screenshot is attached. The selected store need to be available to show in current cart and throughout the checkout delivery options process so customer are always aware of the selection they made. The selected store also need to show in the Order Detail page within cs--cat admin console. The add-in needs to work with the latest version of cs-cart ( 2.2.3)
