What we need is a customization of an ajax effect from HighSlide (check example: [login to view URL] and free download). The script example we need to adapt is called "content in i-frame". CUSTOMIZATIONS : ---------------- 1) We'd like to have the ajax popup to use the full width and height of the browser available space. 2) No border, no frame and no shadow. Keep the zooming effect though. 2) The "move" feature must be removed 3) Ability to customize and replace the top beige panel (where is the "close" button) with our own design and our logo and/or a text. 4) Remove the "close" (on-click) function and instead, replace with a mouseover feature that will close the popup if above any part of the top panel. 5) the html page in iframe must be preloaded BEFORE we click on the link, at the same time we load the page. Because there will be potentially multiple links on one page, all i-frames must be preloaded in the background and hidden (during the page load) and kept in cache so that they will instantly display when user clicks on any link. Use an ajax-loader visual to show iframe load progress next to each link. and ... That's all ! _________________________ Please provide your portfolio that shows what you can do with ajax. Note that this assignment is an experiment part of a larger project. If you succeed, we'll give you a larger job. Happy New Year 2008 !
