Project Description: Reservation Scheduling System, • This system allows clients to view, create, modify, delete, reserve, and schedule databases of items. These items consist of things which need to be reserved or scheduled such as board rooms. • Makes it easy to take your scheduling and reservations using computer: a full day conference facility reservation. Make complex reservations that require the availability of multiple resources – people and places. A. Date – once the user login on the system, he can choose what date he wants to reserve the room for what his purpose. B. Time – After the user chooses the date, the next thing he will do is choosing the time when the room wants him to be reserve. C. Calendar Form– All the reservations and scheduling displayed to easy find out if the date and time is available or not. Importance of the Study: The importance of the study is based particularly on the advantages of the system towards the manual process, in preparation and continuous evolve of new trends in the economy and in the computer world. And how the system develops to be accurate in easy processing of reservation to use the facilities/rooms and also monitored who are the users of rooms time to time. To secured the rooms also the things inside the room.
