A simple business software for personal usage

hello there , i want a simple business & familier software for my personal usage. i have a wholesale business of cloths. in this software 1st i want the page with attrective designs. in the top there will be written "MAHAVIR TREDARS" graphicaly. and there is a login botton is there. the main user(me) will enter my personal id and password . when i login there will be a page will open. in this page i want five parts are there : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] parteners [login to view URL] [login to view URL] this parts i want looking like like a facebook . like left hand side there will be the list of this all as partitions same as facebook. in the top of this page there will be a photo of my same as facebok. i also want the botton called "enter data" by which i can enter the all info. of all my 5 parts. when you click on the enter data botton , there will be a 5 bottons in this next page like, family,friends,relatives,business partner,customers. i 'll select on of this option... as for example : if i want to store business partner details then i 'll click on the business partner botton and fill the all the info. of this person. after click on one of this five bottons the next page will be like signup option like yahoo or gmail or etc . in this page i want this options in which i 'll enter the data : - name - surname - address - mobile number - photo - photo id(scaned licence or pancard) - city - state - landline number - birth date - anniversary date - etc (set it as per ur idea) another facality i need is : i have a clothes business so i want to store all the info. by which i can know that how many pieces i sold to whom ,i perchase from whom. i want this facality like : suppose i sold or perchase 3 pieces of cloths to/from person A . so if i want to store this info. then i have to click on person A from one of those five parts as i discussed above . when i click on A ,then in 1st page i 'll have the info. of person A . then in the bottom of the info page there will be a botton of NEXT . when i 'll click on this botton i 'll have the 2 bottons like ; 1. business porpose 2. familiar porpose suppose i want to store business porpose entry then i 'll click on the botton business porpose . when i click , the next page will be like a data table (excel or else) in which i can enter the data. if its a business porpose then , in 1st colomn i 'll enter the data like : purchase pieces,purchase date,sold pieces,sold date,payment,payment date,etc. that things i will include myself . i just need a table in which i can enter the data and store it by save botton below . i want a another facality called latest activity : it will directly connected with data tables . if in last i sold 3 pieces yesterday . then i can see when i click the botton of the latest activity like " you sold 3 pieces yesterday " if i perchase 5 pieces before 6 days then it will show me " you perchased 5 pieces before 6 days "else it will show me the date. this option will dirctly connected with the top line of data tables by which you can give me sentences like above . this facality should also work with familier activities also . if i enter the data in family or friends data tables , then it will also be shown in this facality called LATEST ACTIVITY. i want another facality is : if there is a birthday or anniversary of any person , then a reminder like facebook should be also there . i also want to send the message on his/her MOBILE from this software if internet is connected . you have to genrate the message box of birthday or anniversary message for this facality , by which the message of my choice i can send to person . i want this software looks so professional and attractive . the design and graphics must be attractive of this software . if you have any idea to include any other facalities then you are most welcome . i want this software complecated , i want this by which everyone can use this software in my family . so make it simple . regards, TROY.
