Our company is seeking versatile/talented/smart individuals(s) who can develop a Desktop App/Software of EHR (Electronic Health Records) & Patient Management System. I want this to work on offline mode (doesn't need an internet connection) and will store the data locally. b. to be enclosed in a license and packed with an installer In the next project I want this to have a webbased version too, Basic requirements: a. When an internet connection is established, the data will start to sync on webbased database b. the Users (Staff, Nurse, Report Analyst, Doctor) can use the webbased system anywhere, they just need to login.
