Custom Business directory Script

Seeking a customized and functional business directory script. Please don't send me those standard scripts found on the web. I'm looking for a customized version of your own making it different from the ones available online (your customized version could be based on existing variants but should reflect a true customization/difference). I may want to further customize it again.
