Complete part-finished website development

This project is to complete an unfinished business directory-type website developed using java/ jsp/ mysql. The website is based on a business directory architecture where businesses create accounts and publish information in a searchable profile page that dynamically feeds information to other pages. The directory can be navigated and searched by location and category either using a tabbed menu bar or by typing into a search box. Business customers can sign up for a listing account for free but need to pay via paypal to upgrade to a premium account that gives them a premium position in search results and allows them to publish a profile page. The website development is at an advance stage and needs the following implemented: Tweaking of member web profile page publishing system to ensure pages are displayed properly Adapting of the paypal payment system to allow admin to setup new premium accounts without charge Implementing of search function to enable navigation and searching Dynamic updating of pages when new listings or business profile information is published General testing and bug-fixing The completed website must be uploaded and tested on our virtual machine server ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Key business objectives are: To generate new business by demonstrating fully operational website To fulfil orders by creating business customer accounts and publishing web pages in the business directory To build website customer database by encourage business customers to sign up online to list their business in the business directory To generate site traffic by ensuring navigation and searching of website is seamless Functionality This proposal supports the following functionality: Integration of html design and interface with search functionality, navigation and business directory system This is essentially a 'fix-it' job so there should be no need for any development of functions. ## Platform The website must be tested in all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox
