Looking for a developer to add to our existing website. Our website right now is standard static info site, but we are looking to build an section of it which allows for users to create user names, passwords, log in, and to submit data in a simple form.
Our company would then need to be able to log in to an admin page, to see the submitted data, add to it (which will then be communicated back to the user).
There also needs to be a secure checkout (paypal API would be fine) in the work flow as well.
Here is an example workflow:
1. User Creates Account and Logs In
2. User fills out information about the sample they will send in. User Pays using online interface. User Prints filled out form, sends both form and sample via mail to lab.
3. Lab receives sample, marks online the sample is received. Updates status of sample as results come in. (noification sent to user everytime status is updated)
4. User logs in and checks the status of his sample.
The front end design will need to be basic, but nothing fancy. There is a site here which we can use as a model, ive attached it as the clone.
