Auction Style

I already have a site running. I would like to add forums and auctions to this site. Registered users would need the following information attached to their profiles: Indicator to state whether verified by admin or not, also a feedback facility so users will be able to provide feedback. This site is a courier site / delivery drivers. The auction would be to move goods from one location and deliver to another location. Within the auction, details would be needed such as area of collection, delivery etc. Your price should include the upload of files to server, auction, forums, database, and also three new logo designs for this site (flash) Admin panel should include facilities to show on members profiles the following: approved / registered / hold / banned etc. Ability to terminate accounts. Also, if you have any other ideas for this site, please include these within your messages and adjust your price accordingly for this. Unless stated otherwise, your bid will be to include auction and forums within the site. You may use open source scripts although some editing may be required. I have never outsourced work before, so my price range may be either high or low, or right.... Please let me know of price and examples of your work. Any questions, please ask me.
