Amazon ses email form

For a simple website (not cms), using dedicated server. It's not mailing list, it's a few individual emails per day which are all be genuine (replies to user filling an inquiry). I am thinking of implementing amazon ses, not sure if this could help or necessary. Need an expert on email sending/authentification, thunderbird, outlook, smtp, IAM, VERP, DKIM, php mail, amazon ses, spam, forms. Need to implement better script/system to send/receive email and fix problems. Using [login to view URL] to receive the inquiries. Problems: there are various, such as email going to spam box of user, [login to view URL] emails not being received, form being spammed, not knowing if the user receives the email reply or not, thunderbird behavior.
