Create wordpress plugin let users track their time

Hello wonderful freelancers, I've made an Excel file help me manage my time very effectively. You can find it here with detail instruction : [login to view URL] Now I need transform it into a wordpress plugin and make it online to help my students. As I understand, the plugin will create 2 pages : + Time Tracking : Let user track what they did and and how much time they spent for each task (also include other information like : tag, start time, stop time, length, priority...) + Time Report : Some graphs and tables show my user if they are spending their time effective or not. And maybe an option page, let they choose & modify something to fit their needs. (we will discuss more details on this later). In summary, I need it can do exactly as my Excel file do ^^! After that, I may rehire you again if it needs update. Thanks for your interesting in this project.
