-Design provided (psd file) -A basic, very simple, wordpress Template -9 pages in total -Home page is a static photo with a menu bar on top -The other 8 pages use all same structure, background header, footer etc -Must have drop down menus functionality for each menu -Header and footer are standard for all 9 pages -Able to implement bootstrap plugin in wordpress admin -Grateful if the skeleton is well structured. I will modify the content myself, so don't worry to much about it :)
