Create a Wordpress Template

We are looking to have a skeletal Wordpress framework built that will allow us to demonstrate our business to our clients. We are starting up a Tour Operator in the UK. 1. BETA - Build the framework (now), (we) will insert the text/imagery etc, then we can take it to suppliers as a 'prototype' - I would expect to put the finished framework on only some free hosted site or leave it in your dev etc.. 2. V1 - Once we have suppliers on board (early 2015), we will need the site completed/finalise the imagery, text and any changes to menus etc with integration on book now to tour operator sites and payment sites etc. This will then be formally hosted and properly tested. Pre-requisistes for job 1. ECommerce integrations/experience 2. Experience in integration with webservices and integration with Wordpress (such as [login to view URL] API connection [login to view URL]) 3. Merchant Payment sites (booking payment etc) or at least know someone who could do it - the people who develop BETA I ideally want to finish the job 4. Flexslider 5. Menus 6. Responsive Site builds I have a helpful specification that demonstrates the pages we want for a BETA but will send them once I see responses to the work type
