Create a Wordpress Template from PSD

This is a PSD to WordPress project. Development of theme shell only (content not required). Further details specific to job will be provided to shortlisted candidates. CSS Guidelines: - Do not use ID tags (#) or !important in the CSS - Classes to be only used on the CSS - Be specific where possible - Code must be properly intended - CSS must be validated on W3C validator, exception is given to commonly acknowledge browser hacks 4. WordPress Guidelines: - Will specify where WordPress content will be use. - Must be exported to a .zip file ready to import into WordPress as a theme 5.
