Hello, Looking for help with customizing Yootheme template Joomla 3.0. In the progress of migrating existing Joomla 2.0 site to a multi-lingual site English/Russian.

Must Speak Russian and English languages and able to work independently remotely with limited guidance. Hiring party is in the U.S.
