Classifieds site work

Read first before replying.

I have had two people try to help do the project now and I have ended up paying twice now and not ended up with what I paid to have done so this time I am looking to work it differently for payment. I need someone who is interested in doing it on the basis of 10% of the profits generated from the site after a year of final completion. (terms can be negotiated) I have many plans and goals for the site and plan on advertising it as much as possible. My goal for the first year is 100,000. It could be much greater then that, it could reach into the millions. In that case you would get 10 percent of what ever that is. So if your a risk taker and want to work with me on putting together a project that you truly believe has potential then message me other wise forget it.

There will also be ongoing work to be done as the site is developed and evolves over the years. I am looking for someone who is fully competent in the ability to do this type of work. If you have never done a site like it before then just don't bother asking because I don't have time to waste. I want the work completed in no less then one month.

Must absolutely know how to hand code.

Must absolutely respond to emails in a timely manor.

Must be willing to give this your all and get the job done.

Looking for an individual with these skills because I don't need things dragging on and on and on for ever and ever. I need to know when I say I need something done / changed, it will be so.
