CHANGE wordpress Paypal API to another paypal solution

Hello I have a wordpress site with a payment system, it uses paypal Recurring payments via express checkout, but that system dont work for us, be cause its dissabled for Germans. So the task is we need that changed to ex. There seem plenty of Wordpress membership plugins out there that support Braintree.
