I need a notification website that will do the following: 1) allow users to access a webpage which will contain a form for them to order services 2) the above form will be managed using an admin panel. Forms will vary depending on the offering. Each offering will be assigned a value in terms of time and money. As an example, on the admin side, we create a service called house cleaning. The form will have a field for the user to enter his zip code, another one to enter a date, another for time, another to select the number of rooms to be cleaned and another to select the number of bathrooms, etc or the number of hours needed 3) once the user completes the form, he will be presented with the amount of time needed to perform the service as well as the total price (this information will also be set on the admin panel). If the user agrees, he will be directed to Paypal to login and deposit the required amount of $ to cover for the service. 4) once payment via Paypal is submitted and approved, the script will send out a notification email to all registered service providers asking them to see who is willing to do the job 5) we will need a separate registration page for service providers where they can specify which zip codes they are willing to provide services to as well as other information 6) the first service provider to respond and accept the job gets that position. He is notified via email that he now needs to go to this and this address to perform this and this service. The other service providers that accepted the job but were not accepted will get an email saying Thank you but the job was awarded to another provider that was in the cue before him/her. 7) we need an admin panel to manage the pricing and service names and to allow me to see who is registered as a buyer and who is registered as a service provider and also who has responded and who has gotten a job and how much it is.
