Gentleman, My partner and I are looking for a team to help us develop and advertising platform. We are looking for a team to stick with us long term. This initial bid will be for the development of the main platform infrastructure. We will keep you on board and pay you for program updates/management. The platform will be similar to adsense/adwords, but with video ads instead of text/image ads. You job will be to construct and code the entire thing (site, platform, and widgets). I'll provide you with PSDs of every element, so you don't have to do any design work, only coding. The program will function as follows: Users can register through the site as an advertiser or publisher. Advertisers pay to post their ads on publisher websites. Advertisers upload a video (.h264) and pay 'per-click'. Publishers get paid per-click. Publishers can place video ads on their Wordpress site through a Wordpress plugin (that acts as a widget). Ads show up on sidebars. So fundamentally you'll be creating the: Website User database Platform Wordpress widget Etc..

(Please tell me the rights and modules under each of them after their log -in) 2. Publishers are those who are having their wordpress websites/ blogs. 3. Advertiser can choose from list of publisher and need permission from publisher to be able to post their video adds on their website. 4. Since advertiser need to pay via this website to pubsher, hence this website will charge commision from advertiser and publisher. 5. To make the add get posted, we would develop WP-Plugin or widget. Hello, I'm ready to assist. Considering your platform will need a lot of changes, modifications and improvements during development, I'll offer my service in modules. So my bid is for the first module which are website, user database and platform prototype which only provide text ads for a start. The next step (separated from this first tasks) should be complete platform.
