build a fancybox with a img popup

i am looking for fancybox that will pop up after 3 sec and close after 12 sec if the guy didnt exit it and then i dont want to appear again for that visitor,i have all the files uploadad to my severs i want the fancybox to show an img src so the code needs that path and that i just need the code and i will place it in the header , i want that it should slide in from the left and slide out from the right, no black back ground it should stay the same , i will give access to the header of the page and u will need to install it there that it should work
